We have 2 Postini accounts. One with Excel Micro, the other is direct thru Google.
To access Postini , go to http://login.postini.com
login as ben@pclanvad.com for Excel Mirco account

Postini firewall lockdown is achived by limiting incoming traffic to Postini servers only. Allowing inbound traffic only from
Network: 64.18.0.0 Subnet Mask 255.255.240.0
Also Expressed as IP Range 64.18.0.0 - 64.18.15.255
Also Expressed as IP Range 64.18.0.0/20
If you are not able to lockdown the firewall, you can lockdown your Exchange server as followed:
Exchange Lockdown
Open up Exchange System Manager
Double Click the following icons
- Servers > Mail Server Name > SMTP
Right Click and Go to Properties for 'Default SMTP Virtual Server'
Click the 'Access' Tab Click ConnectionsClick 'Only the List Below' Which only allows the follow IP addresses to use the SMTP ResourceClick Add >
1) Group of Computers
Subnet Address: 64.18.0.0 Subnet Mask 255.255.240.0 (Postini Mail Server ) 2) Optional: (Your Network Settings, Only if you have devices not connected to exchange sending emails)
IP: 192.168.x.x Subnet Mask 255.255.x.x
Click OK Twice. You will NOT need to restart the service or server BUT
Send a Test Message from an outside email address (Yahoo, hotmail, etc) to test!
